Client and Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey Outcomes

Change to opening hours at NNTT
​ To align NNTT services with those of the other courts within the Federal Court of Australia, customer access hours will change on 1 August 2017. From Tuesday 1 August, NNTT reception hours will be between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.  Outside of these hours, phone calls to the 1800 line will be answered by message bank and responded to on the next working day.
