Increase in application fees from 1 July 2022
The fees payable in the federal courts and tribunals will increase from 1 July 2022 to reflect changes to the consumer price index over the past financial year. New online service now available for Future Act Agreements
In March 2021, the Native Title Legislation Amendment Act 2021 introduced a new requirement for the Native Title Registrar to maintain a record of agreements received by the Tribunal arising out of future act negotiations, otherwise known as Section 31 agreements.
