New Template Reg 9 Certificate

We have also developed an updated template certificate under reg 9 of the Native Title (Prescribed Body Corporate) Regulations 1999 (Cth). The template is included in the application forms for registration of both an area agreement ILUA and body corporate agreement ILUA. More information is available on the ILUA Registration page.​
