Updated Maps and Statistics

Visit the Tribunal's Maps and Spatial data page to discover the national, state and regional maps now available - showing the status as at 31 March 2007.

Statistics include area figures by state, territory and Commonwealth where native title has been determined, numbers of applications on the Register of Native Title Claims, number of claimant applications in the Federal Court including registration status, and the number of Indigenous Land Use Agreements, registered and in notification.

A new Prescribed Bodies Corporate (PBCs) map, identifies the whereabouts of PBCs including their names and where they are yet to be formed over determined native title areas.

These products are updated quarterly.
