New information about determinations of native title

As we approach our 100th registered determination of native title, we have updated our website to provide more detail about determinations of native title.

The updates to the National Native Title Register and Browse Determinations pages provide extra information about the types of decisions made by a court or other recognised body about native title, and how that information is held on the National Native Title Register.

We have also changed the way statistics about determinations of native title are presented on the website, in order to show the difference between the number of applications received and the number of decisions made about native title.
