Updates to the Guide to Future Act Decisionspublications
The recent updates to the Guide to future act decisions made under the Commonwealth right to negotiate scheme are now available on the Tribunal's website.
Compiled by Deputy President the Hon. C.J. Sumner with the assistance of the Legal Services Unit, the Guide provides a summary of future act decisions made by the Tribunal and Federal Court under the right to negotiate provisions of the Native Title Act.
The updates include an additional 18 case notes of significant decisions, updated to 30 September 2006.
The updates are available to view and download at the Tribunal website: www.nntt.gov.au.
