General guidelines for using the Tribunal library resources

Access to the library

If you wish to visit the library, please ring beforehand to ensure staff are available to assist.

Interlibrary loans

Requests for interlibrary loans can be made by fax, email, mail or phone to the library nearest you. Please consult our entry in the Interlending Resource Sharing Directory (ILRS) for our policies. Use the NUC code: WNNT to search for the Tribunal.

If your organisation has a library, requests to borrow or obtain copies of library resources should be made through your librarian. If you do not have a library, your staff will need to present some form of identification before registration as a Tribunal library user.

Returning interlibrary loans

Materials borrowed from the library must be returned in an express post envelope, to reduce the possibility of items being lost in the mail.
