Peak bodiesPeak bodies represent commercial, local government and Indigenous groups. Your relevant peak body might be able to offer you advice and assistance on ILUA matters, and may be a good starting point for information particular to your business or interest. Attorney-General's DepartmentIf you are not a native title claimant but you plan to negotiate an ILUA, you may in certain circumstances be eligible for assistance from the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Department.
