Mrs Chris Fewings

Location: Brisbane

Mrs Chris Fewings was appointed as the Registrar of the Native Title Tribunal under section 95 of the ​Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) on 14 March 2018.  She holds the degree of Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland and is an accredited mediator.

Mrs Fewings worked in general practice in Mount Isa. After moving to Brisbane in 1998, she worked in native title departments in the Department of Premier and Cabinet and Crown Law and in 2006 she moved to the Federal Court as a Registrar in the native title jurisdiction of the Court.​
