Full-time member

Mr Graham Fletcher is a full-time member of the National Native Title Tribunal and is based in Cairns. He has been a member since March 2000.

Mr Fletcher has been a full-time Member of the Tribunal based at Cairns since March 2000. Before his appointment, Mr Fletcher held several Senior Executive positions in the Department of the Premier and Cabinet; Department of Natural Resources (formerly Department of Lands); and Department of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Policy and Development.

He was involved in land management operational policy issues with the Queensland Government for over 25 years and native title and Indigenous land matters in particular since 1995. Mr Fletcher is a qualified Valuer with the Queensland Valuers Registration Board, and Associate with the Australian Property Institute.
