Commonwealth reporting requirements

In accordance with government direction or legislation, government agencies are required to report regularly to the Parliament on a range of activities.

Tribunal files

Under Senate Continuing Order No 5, all Commonwealth agencies are required to place a list of files created during the previous six months on their Internet home page.

Tribunal contracts

On 20 June 2001, the Senate ordered all Commonwealth agencies to publish on their web sites a list of all contracts of $100,000 or more which had been entered into in the previous 12 months or which had not been fully performed.

Annual report

Each year the Tribunal is required to produce a report on its performance and on the management of the administrative affairs of the Tribunal.
