The Tribunal's Budget Statement 2007–2008

The Tribunal's Budget Statement forms part of the Attorney-General's Portfolio Budget Statement. The 2007-2008 statement (PDF file 344 Kb attached below) was released in association with the Federal budget. (Previous year's PBS are also available.) Access is available to all of the Federal Government's 2007 budget papers by selecting the budget logo above. The section titles and structure for the Tribunal's statement are as follows:

Section 1: Agency overview

This section contains an overview of the Tribunal and its role.

Section 2: Agency resources for 2007-08

This section details the link between the resources appropriated and their application to the outputs which contribute to the achievement of outcomes and the impact of any budget measures.

Section 3: Agency outcomes

This section provides a description of the outcome and outputs framework for the Tribunal and details planned government outcomes and the contributing departmental outputs.

Section 4: Other reporting requirements

This section details the Tribunal's two main areas of cost recovery.

Section 5: Budgeted financial statements

This section contains the budgeted financial statements in accrual format covering budget year, previous year and the three outyears.
