South West Indigenous Land Use Agreements Registered

The Native Title Registrar has today accepted the six Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUA), known as the South West Settlement ILUAs, for registration.
 
The agreements represent a settlement between the Noongar People and the State of Western Australia. Extracts from the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements can be viewed online from tomorrow Thursday 18 October 2018.
