The fees payable in the federal courts and tribunals are subject to periodic increase. The next increase in fee and change from biennial to annual increases were announced in the Court and Tribunal Legislation Amendment (Fees and Juror Remuneration) Regulations 2018, on 21 June 2018.
For the NNTT, this means fees for all future act determination applications (section 35) and objection applications will increase to $851.00, if lodged on or after 1 July 2018.
