Client and Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey Outcomes

27/07/2017

The National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT) recently completed a Stakeholder and Client satisfaction survey which yielded some very encouraging results. Eighty per cent of respondents who used NNTT services over the past 12 months, were either very satisfied or satisfied with the overall service provided. They reported that the NNTT was easy to contact, provided accurate information and had an appropriate level of knowledge. Ninety-two per cent of respondents considered the NNTT’s staff to be friendly and helpful.

Overall, respondents considered that the NNTT was performing well across its various services with the highest rating of 93 per cent given for native title searches and 90 per cent for the NTV mapping system, which were the most commonly accessed services.

The NNTT is committed to a programme of continuous improvement to ensure stakeholders and clients receive the highest level of service going forward.
