Native title cases examined in the Tribunal’s Native Title Hot Spots newsletter are now easier to find with the introduction of a new online search facility.
Native Title Hot Spots is published by the Tribunal regularly to provide legal summaries of the latest developments in native title case law.
The new search function, accessible on the Native Title Hot Spots page of the Tribunal’s website, enables visitors to use a variety of key words to find particular native title cases, including by name, judge, date or a descriptive phrase.
An alphabetical listing of all cases covered in Native Title Hot Spots is also available on the same page.
Native Title Hot Spots is written by Tribunal lawyers to suit the needs of legal practitioners.
The Tribunal has published 31 editions of Native Title Hot Spots since 2002, with each edition containing summaries of several native title legal cases.
