The National Native Title Tribunal wants to know if clients around Australia were satisfied with its work in 2009.
We’re conducting a survey to find out—and are keen to hear what you think about how we do business.
The survey will take 20 minutes of your time—you can choose to take part by phone or online.
Tell us if you think our service was good, bad or somewhere in between, and how we could improve in the future.
To take part, first read and agree to the privacy notice, accessible via the link on this page.
Then complete the online consent form, accessible after completing the privacy agreement, and submit this online.
Alternatively, email your consent to publicaffairs@nntt.gov.au or telephone Kezia Jacobs-Smith on (08) 9268 7285.
Once you give us permission, a researcher will randomly select interviewees from a list of Tribunal clients.
If you are selected, a researcher from GA Research will contact you in the next few weeks asking you to take part in a 20-minute telephone interview, at a time to suit you.
GA Research is a member of AMSRO and is ISO20252 accredited, so you can be assured that your individual responses will not be identified and the Tribunal will only receive aggregated responses.
More information about this project, and the Tribunal’s commitment to your privacy, see the privacy notice at the link on this page. Alternatively, telephone Kezia Jacobs-Smith on (08) 9268 7285.
Your participation in this research provides an opportunity for you to make a difference to the quality of the Tribunal’s services. This contribution would be much appreciated. |
