The National Native Title Tribunal wants to know if clients around Australia were satisfied with its work in 2009.

We’re conducting a survey to find out—and are keen to hear what you think about how we do business.

The survey will take 20 minutes of your time—you can choose to take part by phone or online.

Once you give us permission, a researcher will randomly select interviewees from a list of Tribunal clients.

If you are selected, a researcher from GA Research will contact you in the next few weeks asking you to take part in a 20-minute telephone interview, at a time to suit you.

GA Research is a member of AMSRO and is ISO20252 accredited, so you can be assured that your individual responses will not be identified and the Tribunal will only receive aggregated responses.
