The latest version of the guide to future act decisions made under the right to negotiate scheme is now available on the future acts procedures and guidelines page.
The guide provides a summary of future act decisions made by the National Native Title Tribunal and Federal Court under the right to negotiate provisions of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cwlth) as at 30 November 2011.
The guide is accompanied by the guide update document, which lists the recently added case notes.
