As of 1 July 2012, the fee to lodge either an expedited procedure objection application or a future act determination application is $755.

Please note that as of 15 June 2012, the Federal Court of Australia will administer the payment of all future act application fees on behalf of the National Native Title Tribunal. 

Payment can be made to the Tribunal through one of three available methods:

• An electronic funds transfer (EFT). Please use this form for this facility.
• money order (to be made out to the Federal Court of Australia)
• cheque (to be made out to the Federal Court of Australia)
