Guidelines are available for those planning or in the process of negotiating an indigenous land use agreement (ILUA) to help:

  • select the right type of ILUA
  • identify the issues that need to be addressed in an agreement and application for registration
  • meet the legal requirements for registration of the type of ILUA selected
  • request assistance from the Tribunal
  • search the Tribunal registers.
