Further information about this determination

Please note, on 9 December 2010, among other things, the Federal Court made orders that this determination of native title would become effective on the registration of the Waanyi People Boodjamulla National Park ILUA (the ILUA) on the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements (see orders 13 and 14 of the determination). The ILUA was registered on 14 July 2011.

Please also note that this matter was resolved predominantly by consent with the exception of one respondent whose issue was resolved by litigation.
