Request a register search
You can request a formal search of any of the three registers. A fee may be charged for a search request.
Register searches for native title claims over freehold land
You can request the Tribunal to search its registers to see if any native title applications have been made over particular areas of land and waters that are freehold estates.
Register search costs
The cost of a search carried out by Tribunal staff depends on the time taken to conduct it.
