What are Research Bricks?
The Tribunal produced the Research Bricks to facilitate agreement-making under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) s.108 (2) and (3).
Research Bricks contain a summary of publicly and readily available material with references to various claim groups and language groups.
To start your search for Research Bricks, we invite you to:
- search by State or Territory
- search by language group name
pan and zoom on an area in the map and choose a location.
Tips on searching in the map: You can
search for the name of a Research Brick, or on a Group Name. Most bricks are
associated with several Group Names, often with multiple spellings. To search
on a Group Name please include the wildcard (“%”) first – for example:
“%Arabana”
